The bracelet is more like a waxy cord than a soft string. It’s dull (not shiny), unlike my other red string bracelets. I love the braid pattern. The ends are pretty long on me (I got the child’s size bracelet but still had to tighten it quite a bit to get a snug fit)—my wrist measures 5.5 inches for reference. I recommend the child size if your wrist is around my size.
