Our current processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). The processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare your item before it ships. Need your product by a certain date? No problem! We have expedited shipping options available, just message us on Etsy convo for details!

IMPORTANT: Any communication needs to be through Etsy Conversations! Please do not "email" us because you may not get a reply as most messages will go to Spam. You must contact us through Etsy in order to receive a timely response. :)
*** All returned products must be in their original condition in order to receive a refund. We cannot refund orders that have been returned with damage. ***
CUSTOM ORDERS / REFUNDS:
NO Refunds on Custom Orders UNLESS I have made an error on your order. If I made an error, you will need to return the unwanted product in it's original condition. Once I have received the product, I can issue a refund. Unfortunately, I cannot refund the amount it cost you to ship back the item. I am only able to refund your purchase price plus the original shipping (Full Refund).
We do not accept returns/refunds after the dates shown above.
If you have purchased an item and need to cancel let me know as soon as possible so I can cancel it before it ships. After an item ships, I cannot cancel it.
PROOF OF DAMAGE:
In the event your product is damaged or breaks, pictures must be provided to prove this and we can discuss a refund or replacement product. No returns or refunds are accepted until you have contacted me about the product and we have discussed the resolution.
